Public Transport - Bus
From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 605 towards 'U-Bahnhof Spandau'. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop 'Charlottenburg Palace'. After getting off, walk about 5 minutes to the palace entrance located at Spandauer Damm 10-22.
Public Transport - Train
From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, take the S7 train towards 'Ahrensfelde' or the S5 train towards 'Westkreuz'. Get off at 'Westkreuz' station. Change to the S3 or S9 train towards 'Spandau'. After arriving at 'Spandau', exit the station and catch bus line 106 or 604 towards 'U-Bahnhof Richard-Wagner-Platz'. Disembark at 'Charlottenburg Palace' stop. Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the palace.

If you are near the city center of Potsdam, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Charlottenburg Palace. Walk towards the Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor) and head northwest along the Havel River. Continue along the riverbank for about 5 km. You will reach the palace grounds after approximately 1 hour of walking.
