If you are near Potsdam's city center, head towards Brandenburger Straße. Walk towards the direction of the Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor). Once you reach the gate, continue straight onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße for about 400 meters. Turn left onto Mittelstraße, and you will find Jan Bouman Haus at number 8 on your right.
