You can ask locals for the right bus as they will guide you. The bus will take you along the George Bush Highway. Once you reach the Achimota area, disembark at the Achimota bus stop. From there, walk along Achimota College Rd for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to Achimota Forest on your left.

From Central Accra, find a trotro station, such as the one near Osu or the Trade Fair Center. Look for a trotro heading to Achimota. Once you reach the Achimota area, get off at the Achimota bus stop. Walk along Achimota College Rd for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to Achimota Forest on your left.
