Car
If you are traveling by car, start from central Accra. Head southeast on George Bush Highway (N1) and continue for about 11 km. Take the exit toward Tetteh Quarshie Interchange, then merge onto the Tetteh Quarshie-Madina Road. Continue for approximately 5 km and use the left lane to merge onto the Accra-Tema Motorway. After about 10 km, take the exit toward Tema. Continue straight onto the Tema-Aflao Road, then take a left onto the Buade Road. Nugua Beach will be on your right after a short drive.

To reach Nugua Beach using public transport, head to the nearest trotro station in central Accra. Look for a trotro heading towards Tema. These trotros generally depart frequently. After about 30-45 minutes, you will arrive at the Tema Station. From there, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Nungua. Inform the driver or conductor that you are going to Nugua Beach. The fare for the trotro will typically be around 2-3 GHS, and the local bus or shared taxi will cost about 5-10 GHS. Once you arrive in Nungua, follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk away.
