If you're driving, start from the Kintampo town center. Head east on the main road (N10) towards Techiman. After approximately 1 kilometer, look for a left turn onto a smaller road. Continue for about 500 meters, and you will see the Kintampo Central Mosque on your right at the address 373C+X9M. Parking is usually available nearby.
Public Transportation
You can take a shared taxi from any central location in Kintampo. Look for taxis heading towards Techiman.
