From your location in Danyame, head south towards the main road, which is likely to be Danyame Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Kejetia Road. Turn left onto Kejetia Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to Kumasi Zoological Gardens on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a 'trotro' (shared minibus). Head to the nearest trotro station in Danyame, where you can find vehicles heading towards the city center. Look for a trotro labeled 'Kejetia' or 'Kumasi Central'. The fare is usually around 2 GHS. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the closest point to the Kumasi Zoological Gardens. From the drop-off point, it’s a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the entrance of the zoo.
