From the center of Wa, head towards the Wa Central Market. Once you reach the market, ask for directions to the Wa Polytechnic, which is a well-known landmark. Walk along the road leading to the Polytechnic, and continue straight until you reach the junction at the entrance of the Polytechnic. At this junction, turn left onto the road leading towards Kapaguri. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers. As you approach Kapaguri, you will notice signs directing you to Nakore Dam. Follow these signs until you reach the dam, which is located at the coordinates 2CFW+8H, Kapaguri.

Start your journey from the Wa Central Market. Rent a bicycle from one of the local vendors near the market. Cycle towards the Wa Polytechnic, taking the main road. Once you reach the Polytechnic entrance, turn left and continue cycling along the road towards Kapaguri. The distance from Wa to Nakore Dam is about 3 kilometers, so it should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the dam. Keep an eye out for directional signs leading you to Nakore Dam as you approach Kapaguri.
