Walking
From Casemates Square, head southwest towards the main street, which is called Main Street. Walk straight along Main Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the junction with the road named Calle Real. Turn left onto Calle Real and continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where it meets the waterfront. At this point, you will see the marina area in front of you. Continue along the waterfront promenade, and keep walking until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de la Marina. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing through several shops and cafes. You will eventually reach Avenida Juan Carlos I, where the Ayuntamiento de Estepona is located at number 24. Look for the building with a distinct architectural style, typically recognizable as a town hall.

From Casemates Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Look for the line of buses that travels towards Estepona. Board the bus that is heading to Estepona and confirm with the driver that it stops at Avenida Juan Carlos I. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, disembark at the stop nearest to Avenida Juan Carlos I. Walk towards number 24, which is the Ayuntamiento de Estepona. The building is easily recognizable and located just a short walk from the bus stop.
