Getting There

Walking
Start at the beach in Catalan Bay. Head towards the main road, passing by the restaurants and shops. Once you reach the main road, turn left onto the road that leads away from the beach. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the road. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Sir Herbert Miles Road. Follow this road as it curves slightly to the left and continues uphill. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance of the Gibraltar Botanic Gardens, located on Red Sands Road.

If you are closer to the southern end of Catalan Bay, exit the beach area and walk towards the main entrance of the residential area. Follow the path that leads towards the southern side of the Rock of Gibraltar. You will see signs directing you to the Botanic Gardens. Continue walking until you reach the main road. Cross over to Sir Herbert Miles Road, and follow the instructions above to reach Gibraltar Botanic Gardens.
