If you are traveling by car, start from North Front and head south on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the A1 road. Turn left onto the A1 and follow the signs for 'Eastside'. After approximately 1.5 km, you will see a sign for Gorham's Cave. Turn right onto a smaller road that leads up the hill. Follow this road for about 1 km until you reach the designated parking area near the entrance to Gorham's Cave. Note that parking may be limited and it's advisable to arrive early.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the bus from North Front to the city center. Board the bus that goes to 'Main Street' and disembark at the 'Casemates Square' stop. From there, look for the bus service labeled 'Eastside' or 'Gorham's Cave', which will take you closer to the site. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop, and you may have to walk a short distance uphill to reach Gorham's Cave. Ensure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as they can vary.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from North Front, head towards Main Street and follow it south. Once you reach the junction with the A1, turn right and continue walking along the road. It is about a 30-minute walk to Gorham's Cave, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Be mindful of traffic, as some sections of the road may not have sidewalks.
