Walking
If you are starting from the Kalamata Central Square (Plateia 23is Martiou), head south towards the intersection with 21is Maiou street. Continue straight until you reach the end of the square. Turn right onto 25is Martiou street and walk until you see the sign for Spartis street. Turn left onto Spartis street, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Kalamata's Castle will be on your right at Spartis 28.

From Kalamata Central Square, head to the bus stop located near the square. Look for the bus that goes to the 'Kalamata Castle' stop. The bus will take you directly to the vicinity of the castle. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down Spartis street, and you will see Kalamata's Castle at Spartis 28.

You can easily find a taxi at designated taxi stands around Kalamata, especially near the Central Square. Tell the driver to take you to Spartis 28, Kalamata. The ride will be short, approximately 5 minutes depending on traffic, and will drop you directly at the entrance of Kalamata's Castle.
