Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Kavala city center, head towards the waterfront promenade (Nikis Avenue). Walk along the waterfront until you reach the old port area. From there, look for signs directing you to the bus station (Kavala KTEL). Once you reach the bus station, take a bus heading towards the 'Kavala - Nea Peramos' route. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Vrasidas Beach. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After getting off, walk towards the beach, which is a short distance down the road.

• Public Transportation

  Begin at the central bus station in Kavala (KTEL). Purchase a ticket for the bus to 'Nea Peramos' or 'Vrasidas Beach' if available. Buses run approximately every hour. Once you are on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride, and be sure to ask the driver to notify you when you reach Vrasidas Beach. The stop is quite near the beach entrance, and you will only need to walk a few minutes to reach the sandy area.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Kavala. Simply hail a taxi or call a local taxi service. Provide the driver with the destination 'Vrasidas Beach'. The ride should take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic, and you will be dropped off right at the beach entrance.

• Bicycle Rental

  For a more active approach, consider renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kavala. Start from the city center, cycle towards the promenade, and follow the coastal road (Unnamed Rd). This route is approximately 10 km and offers beautiful views of the sea. The ride will take about 40 minutes. Once you reach Vrasidas Beach, you can park your bicycle at designated spots along the beach.
