From Kos Town, head to the main bus station located near the harbor. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to the village of Lakki. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. You will need to get off at the Lakki stop, which is the last stop in the town. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs for Lakki Marina, which is about a 10-minute walk straight ahead along the waterfront. The marina is situated on Akti Ploutarchou Plessa.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Kos Town. Head southwest towards the coastal road (Akti Kountourioti) and follow it. Continue cycling along the coast for about 8 kilometers until you reach Lakki. As you approach the town, look for signs leading you to Lakki Marina located on Akti Ploutarchou Plessa.

If you are staying in Lakki, you can walk to the marina from anywhere in the town. Simply head towards the waterfront area, following the signs to Akti Ploutarchou Plessa. The marina is located along the coast and is easily accessible by foot. Make sure to enjoy the views of the sea as you walk!
