After approximately 30 minutes, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Plaka Forest. Once you get off, follow the signs leading to Plaka Forest, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in Kos Town. Head south on the coastal road towards Tigaki, then follow the signs to Iraklidis.
