From Mykonos Town, head towards the Old Port. Walk down the main road leading from the town square towards the port area. Once you reach the Old Port, look for signs directing you to Ano Mera. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with the main road. Take a left at the intersection onto the main road (Route 1) towards Ano Mera. Follow this road for about 4 km. You will see signs for the Mycenaean Tholos Tomb. As you approach the area, keep an eye out for the small path leading up to the site on your right.
