Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the harbor. Continue straight onto the coastal path (Epar.Od. Nafpliou - Neas Kiou) that leads out of Nafplio. Keep following this path for approximately 2.5 kilometers. As you walk, enjoy the coastal views and keep an eye out for birdlife. Eventually, you will arrive at the Naplio-Nea Kios Wetlands, which will be on your left.

    From Nafplio's central bus station, take the local bus towards Nea Kios. The bus departs regularly, so check the schedule posted at the station. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nea Kios, disembark at the bus stop closest to the wetlands. From there, it's a short walk (about 500 meters) towards the wetlands. Follow the path leading towards the area marked by signs for Naplio-Nea Kios Wetlands.
