Bus
From Rethymno's main bus station (Ktel Rethymno), take the bus heading to Arkadi. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Arkadi Monastery bus stop, you will see signs directing you to the monastery, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Rethymno. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Arkadi Monastery. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the trip, or ask for the meter to be used.
