Getting there

Bus

From the center of Rethymno, head to the main bus station located on A. Pavlou Street. You can ask locals or follow signs to 'Ktel' bus station. Once there, purchase a ticket to 'Damnoni beach'. The bus will take approximately 1 hour. When you arrive at the Damnoni bus stop, exit the bus and walk straight towards the beach. You will see the beautiful shoreline directly ahead.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Rethymno. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Damnoni beach. The journey will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are a convenient option, especially if you are traveling in a group.
