Walking
If you are starting from the Old Town of Rethymno, make your way to the central square, Plateia 25is Martiou. From there, head south towards the port. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Antistaseos Street. Turn left onto Antistaseos Street, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Dimakopoulou Street. Guora Gate will be on your right at the corner, at the address Antistaseos ke Dimakopoulou.
Public Transport
If you are near the Rethymno bus station, take bus number 1 towards the Old Town. Get off at the stop called 'Kastro'. Once you disembark, walk towards the nearest street, which will be Antistaseos Street. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dimakopoulou Street. Guora Gate will be located at the corner on your right.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, simply tell the driver to take you to 'Guora Gate' or 'Antistaseos ke Dimakopoulou'. The driver will know the location as it is a well-known tourist attraction. This can be a quick option if you are further away from the center.
