Walking
From the center of Rethymno, head north towards the Old Port area. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Venetian Harbor. Continue walking along the coastal road (Epar.Od. Rethymnou - Irakliou) heading west. After approximately 8 kilometers, you will reach the village of Akrotiri. The Holy Trinity (Agia Triada) Tzagaroli Monastery is located on the left side of the road, just a short distance from the main road.

From Rethymno bus station, take the KTEL bus heading towards Chania. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest departure times. Once you arrive in Chania, switch to a local bus that goes to Akrotiri. Get off at the stop closest to the Holy Trinity (Agia Triada) Tzagaroli Monastery, which is well-signposted. Follow the signs, and you will find the monastery a short walk from the bus stop.
