To reach Artemis Karamolegos Winery from Fira (the capital of Santorini), start at the central bus station located near the main square. Take a bus heading towards Kamari or Exo Gonia. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Exo Gonia stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the winery. Head east on the main road, and then turn right onto the path leading to the winery, which will be on your left.

If you are staying in Exo Gonia, you can walk to Artemis Karamolegos Winery. From any point in Exo Gonia, head towards the main road (Akti 7) and walk towards the east. Follow the signs to the winery, which should be visible after walking for about 10 minutes.
