If you are starting from Fira town center, head towards the main square (Plateia Theotokopoulou). From the square, walk towards the Asterolithos Hotel located on Kaldera, which is the main pathway overlooking the cliffs. Keep to the right, following the signs for the Asterolithos Hotel. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from the square. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way, making it a pleasant stroll.

If you are located in Oia, take the local bus heading towards Fira. The bus stop in Oia is located near the main parking area. Buses run frequently, and the ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Fira bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the main square. From the square, follow the pathway leading to the Asterolithos Hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk from there.

Walking from the Cable Car Station
If you arrive by cable car from the old port of Fira, you will find yourself at the top near the main square. Exit the cable car station and walk towards the main square (Plateia Theotokopoulou). From there, continue walking towards the Asterolithos Hotel, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs along the cliffside path, enjoying the beautiful views of the caldera along the way.

Walking from the Old Port
If you are coming from the old port area where the boats dock, you can walk up the steps to Fira (this is a steep incline with approximately 600 steps). Once you reach the top, head towards the main square (Plateia Theotokopoulou). From the square, proceed towards the Asterolithos Hotel, which is a 10-minute walk away following the pathway that leads along the caldera.
