From Fira, head to the main bus station located near the cable car terminal. Take the bus heading towards Kamari or Perissa. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Mesaria.' After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach Mesaria. Once you get off the bus, walk along Epar.Od. Firon-Ormou Perissis for about 5 minutes until you reach the Santorini Wine Adventure Tours, which will be on your right.

If you are in Fira, you can walk to Santorini Wine Adventure Tours. Start by heading down the central street of Fira, following signs for Mesaria. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass the main square and several shops. Once you reach Mesaria, look for Epar.Od. Firon-Ormou Perissis street. The tours are located on this street. It's about a 20-25 minute walk.
