Myristic Mountain: Grenada's Natural Escape

Getting There

• Public Transport

  To reach Myristic Mountain via public transport, start at the Melville Street bus terminal in St. George's. Take a bus heading towards Sauteurs, which is on the northern coast of the island. The bus fare ranges from EC$2.50 to EC$6.50, depending on the distance. Get off at the village of Mt. Rich. From there, you can walk to the farm or arrange for a taxi. Let the team at Myristic Mountain know if you need help arranging transportation.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available throughout Grenada. Negotiate the fare before accepting the ride. A taxi from St. George's to Myristic Mountain will cost approximately EC$75-100. The drive takes about an hour. You can also arrange for a taxi from Mt. Rich to the farm.

• Walking

  From the center of Sauteurs at the main square, head south on the main road, passing by local shops and eateries. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction. Take a left at the junction onto Tricolar Road. Walk for another 1.2 kilometers; you will see signs pointing towards Myristic Mountain. Follow these signs until you reach the entrance of the park, located at the coordinates 12.1856° N, 61.6532° W.
