Getting There

Walking

From Antigua's Parque Central, head north on 5a Avenida Norte. Continue towards 1a Avenida Sur, following signs for 'Aldea El Hato'. The walk is approximately 5-6 kilometers and will take about 1.5-2 hours. Be prepared for uphill sections as you approach El Hato. Consider taking a tuk-tuk or taxi for a portion of the journey if the walk is too strenuous.
Public Transport

From Antigua, take a 'chicken bus' towards El Hato. These buses can be found near the central market and are a very affordable way to travel. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Aldea El Hato, from where you can walk to Los Celajes. The bus fare is approximately 5-10 GTQ.
Taxi/Ride-Share
