Getting There

Walking
Start at the central point in St. Peter Port, which is the main bus station. Exit the bus station and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the main road, St. Julian's Avenue, until you reach the harbor area. Once you are at the harbor, follow the promenade along the water, enjoying the views of the boats and the sea. Continue walking until you reach the end of the harbor, where you will see a path leading to the right. Take this path, which leads you up towards Castle Cornet. Follow the path signs that indicate the direction to Castle Cornet. The walk will take around 15-20 minutes and will provide beautiful views of the bay.

If you are starting from the Market Square in St. Peter Port, head south towards the harbor. Walk past the Guernsey Museum, which will be on your left. Continue down the hill towards the harbor, and you will reach the waterfront. Turn left and follow the promenade along the harbor. Keep walking until you see the pathway leading up to Castle Cornet. This route will also take about 15-20 minutes and is a scenic walk along the coast.
