If you are in the center of St. Peter Port, start at Market Square. From Market Square, head south towards the seafront. Once you reach the seafront, turn left onto the Esplanade. Continue walking along the Esplanade, enjoying the views of the harbor. After about 10 minutes, you will reach St. Julian's Pier. The Liberation Monument is located at the end of the pier, right near the water's edge.
