Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Lac Azuéi, head northwest on Route Nationale #2 towards Port-au-Prince. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the intersection with Rue des Casernes. Turn left onto Rue des Casernes and follow it until you reach the Avenue M. Ambroise. Champ de Mars will be on your right at GMR7+M52. Parking may be available nearby but be prepared for a small fee.

  • Public Transportation - Tap Tap

    To take a Tap Tap from Lac Azuéi, find a nearby Tap Tap station. Board a Tap Tap headed to Port-au-Prince. The ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Port-au-Prince, ask to be dropped off at the Champ de Mars area, which is a well-known landmark. The fare for the Tap Tap is usually around 50 HTG (Haitian Gourde).
