From the center of Saint-Marc, head south on Avenue du 2 Décembre towards Rue du Commerce. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. Turn left onto Rue de la Réunion and walk until you reach the bus station (Gare Routière de Saint-Marc). Here, you will find tap-taps (shared taxis) heading towards Fort Jacques. Board a tap-tap that is going to Fort Jacques. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the stop for Fort Jacques, disembark and follow the signs leading to the fort entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Saint-Marc. Start by cycling south on Avenue du 2 Décembre towards Rue du Commerce. Continue to the bus station (Gare Routière de Saint-Marc) and take the road leading towards Fort Jacques. The route is scenic but be cautious of traffic.
