From the Central Park of Copán Ruinas, head north along the main street, Calle 1. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the junction with the road leading to the Macaw Mountain Bird Park. Continue walking straight for another 1 kilometer. The park will appear on your right-hand side. Look for the entrance signs.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near Central Park. Start at Central Park and ride north on Calle 1. After approximately 1 kilometer, take the road heading straight for another kilometer. Macaw Mountain Bird Park will be on your right. The route is scenic and safe for biking.
