From the central park in Copán Ruinas, head north along the main street. Continue walking for about 2 kilometers. You will pass by a few local shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to 'Macaw Mountain Bird Park'. After approximately 20-30 minutes of walking, you will see the entrance to the park on your left side, just before reaching a small bridge.
