From West End, walk to the main road and look for a bus heading towards French Harbour. You will need to get off at the main intersection for Hottest Sparrow. From there, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Man O War, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are staying in Hottest Sparrow, simply walk towards the coast. Follow the beach path north until you reach Man O War. The park is located near the water and is clearly marked.
