Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you're starting from Deák Ferenc tér, take Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) towards Vörösmarty tér. Get off at the second stop, which is Vörösmarty tér. From there, walk towards the Danube River and head south on Váci utca. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Belgrád rakpart. Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you arrive at the Nagy Imre statue located at 1054 Budapest, District V.

  • Walking

    From the Hungarian Parliament Building, which is a prominent landmark, exit the building and walk towards Kossuth Lajos tér. Head east towards the Danube River. Once you reach the river, turn right and follow the promenade south along the riverbank.
