Start your journey in the center of Keszthely, near the Festetics Castle. From the castle, head east on Kossuth Lajos utca. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Széchenyi utca. Turn left onto Széchenyi utca and walk until you reach the main road, which is Bécsi utca. Cross the road, and you will see a sign for the walking trail leading to Pilikáni erdei lépcsősor. Follow the path marked with green trail markers for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the steps of Pilikáni erdei lépcsősor.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Keszthely, preferably near the beach area. Start by heading toward the main road, Bécsi utca. Follow Bécsi utca north until you see a sign for the cycling path towards the hills. Continue on the designated cycling path, which will take you through scenic areas and towards the Pilikáni erdei lépcsősor. The trail is approximately 2 kilometers and is well-marked.

Public Transport
Take bus number 10 from the Keszthely bus station towards Balatongyörök. Get off at the 'Pilikáni' stop. From there, walk back along the road for about 200 meters until you see the entrance to the Pilikáni erdei lépcsősor. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes, and buses run frequently throughout the day.
