If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Esztergom. Head southeast on Route 10 towards Kesztölc. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach Kesztölc. Look for signs indicating Kémény-szikla, which is located on the outskirts of the village. There is a small parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your car. Note that parking may be limited, especially during weekends.

Public Transportation
To reach Kémény-szikla using public transportation, take a train from Budapest to Esztergom. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Esztergom train station, transfer to bus number 11 towards Kesztölc. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Kesztölc bus stop. From here, follow the signs to Kémény-szikla, which is about a 30-minute walk uphill from the bus stop. Make sure to check the local bus schedules in advance, as they may vary.

Walking / Hiking
If you are already in the Pilis Mountains and prefer to hike, there are several trails leading to Kémény-szikla. A popular route is from the nearby village of Dobogókő. From the Dobogókő visitor center, take the blue trail marked with blue blazes that heads towards Kesztölc. The hike takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and you will be rewarded with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water.
