Car
From Borgarnes, head southeast on Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Reykjavík. After approximately 3.5 kilometers, take the exit toward Route 50. Continue on Route 50 for about 7 kilometers, then turn right onto Stóra-Kálfalaek road. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Stóri-Kálfalækur at Stóra-Kálfalaek 2, 311 Borgarnes. The journey takes around 15 minutes from Borgarnes.

Take a bus from Borgarnes towards Reykjavík. The bus service is operated by Strætó, and you can check the schedule on their website. You will need to disembark at the stop closest to Stóra-Kálfalaek.
