Walking
From the center of Húsavík, head northeast on Aðalgata street. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Höfðagata. Turn left onto Höfðagata and walk for approximately 200 meters. The Exploration Museum will be on your right at Höfði 24.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Húsavík. Start from the rental location and head southeast on Aðalgata. Continue for about 400 meters and then turn left onto Höfðagata. Cycle for about 200 meters, and the Exploration Museum will be located on your right at Höfði 24.
Public Transport
Although Húsavík is a small town with limited public transport, you can check with local tour operators for any shuttle services that might go to the museum. Typically, these services would depart from the main bus station or popular tourist locations in the town. If you find a shuttle, it should drop you off near Höfði 24, where the museum is located.
