Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Keflavik town center, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 'Keflavik Strond'. You can take the Strætó bus number 55 towards 'Njarðvik'. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Vikingabraut', which is the closest stop to Viking World. From there, it's a short walk (about 500 meters) to Viking World, located at Vikingabraut 1, 260 Njarðvík.

  • Walking

    If you're close to the harbor area in Keflavik, you can walk to Viking World. Head south on Hafnargata toward Aðalstræti, then turn left onto Aðalstræti. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Suðurgata, where you will turn right. Follow Suðurgata until you reach the stoplights, then turn left onto Víkurbraut. Continue on Víkurbraut until you see signs for Viking World. The total walk is about 3.5 km and will take around 45 minutes.

  • Taxi

    You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Keflavik. Just tell the driver you would like to go to Viking World at Vikingabraut 1, 260 Njarðvík. The taxi ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic, and is a convenient option if you have luggage or prefer a direct route.
