After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach a viewpoint where you can see Kirkjufellsfossar in the distance. Continue walking along the road, and you will see signs directing you to the waterfall. Follow the signs for about 1 kilometer to reach the parking area for Kirkjufellsfossar, which is just a short walk from the waterfall itself.

Rent a bicycle in Olafsvik and head southwest on Road 54 towards Grundarfjörður. The ride is about 15 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the signs for Kirkjufellsfossar as you approach the area. Once you see the signs, follow them for about 1 kilometer to the designated parking area near the waterfall. The cycling path is relatively flat, making for an enjoyable ride.
