Turn left onto Route 54, heading towards Hellissandur. After approximately 3 km, you'll see signs for Saxhóll Crater on your right. Follow the signs for about another 1 km until you reach the parking area at V32G+95F. The crater is a short walk from the parking area.

    If you have a bike, start from the center of Olafsvik on Aðalgata street. Continue straight for about 1 km to Route 54. Turn left onto Route 54 and bike towards Hellissandur. You will cover about 3 km before seeing signs for Saxhóll Crater. Follow the signs for about 1 km to the parking area at V32G+95F. The crater is a brief walk from there.

    While there may not be a direct public transport option, consider taking a local bus service towards Hellissandur from Olafsvik, if available.
