From the center of Olafsvik, head south on Aðalgata street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Route 54. Turn right onto Route 54, and walk along the road. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see Ytri Tunga on your left side. It's a well-known beach area, so look out for any signs indicating the beach.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the town center of Olafsvik and head south on Aðalgata street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Route 54.
