Car
From Skaftafell, start by heading southeast on Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Höfn. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers (about 18.6 miles). You will see signs for Fjallsárlón. Take the exit for Route 1 towards Höfn, and then take Route 998 toward Fjallsárlón. Follow Route 998 for about 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) until you reach the Fjallsárlón Iceberg Boat Tours. There is parking available on-site, but note that there is a parking fee of around ISK 1,000.

Public Transportation
From Skaftafell, you can take a bus towards Höfn. Check the local bus schedules (such as Sterna or Strætó) for the latest times, as they may vary. Be sure to get off at the stop for Fjallsárlón. After getting off the bus, it is about a 2-kilometer (1.2 miles) walk to the Fjallsárlón Iceberg Boat Tours location. Follow the signs towards the glacier lagoon. There is no direct public transport to Fjallsárlón, so walking is required after the bus ride.
