After approximately 90 km, take the exit for Route 54 towards Ólafsvík. Continue on Route 54 for about 38 km until you reach the town of Hellnar. From Hellnar, turn onto Route 574 and drive for about 10 km. Gerduberg will be on your left. Look for the distinctive basalt columns along the road. Parking is available near the site.
