You will pass several landmarks including the Lewis-Clark State College campus on your right. After about 1.5 miles, Thain Grade will merge into Old Spiral Highway. Continue on Old Spiral Highway for about 3 miles. You will see signs for Lewiston Hill Overlook. The overlook is located on the right at approximately 22716-22728 Old Spiral Hwy, Genesee, ID 83832.
