From anywhere in the Panhandle region, head towards Plummer, Idaho. If you're coming from Coeur d'Alene, take I-90 E for approximately 30 miles until you reach ID-95 S. Continue on ID-95 S for about 25 miles until you reach Plummer. Once in Plummer, follow signs for Heyburn State Park. The entrance to the park is located at 57 Chatcolet Lower Rd, Plummer, ID 83851. Parking is available within the park, and there may be a small entrance fee per vehicle.
