Walking
Begin your journey from the Sun Valley Village. Head east on Sun Valley Road. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Elkhorn Road. You will see the beautiful scenery of the mountains around you as you walk. At the intersection, turn left onto Elkhorn Road and continue walking for approximately 0.3 miles. You will notice signs directing you to Sun Valley Stables. As you get closer, the stables will be on your right at 1 Sun Valley Rd. The stables are clearly marked, and you can enjoy the horses and picturesque landscape.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Sun Valley Village. Once you have your bike, head east on Sun Valley Road, cycling straight for about 0.5 miles. At the intersection with Elkhorn Road, take a left. Continue biking for about 0.3 miles and watch for signs that guide you to Sun Valley Stables. The stables will be on your right at 1 Sun Valley Rd. This route is very scenic and enjoyable on two wheels!

For public transport, check the local Sun Valley shuttle schedule. Board a shuttle heading towards the Sun Valley area. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the closest stop to Sun Valley Stables, which is usually at the intersection of Sun Valley Road and Elkhorn Road. Once you disembark, walk east on Sun Valley Road for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Elkhorn Road. Sun Valley Stables will be about 0.3 miles down on your right at 1 Sun Valley Rd.
