Car
If you are traveling by car, start by entering the address '1805 N Ridgeway Ave, Chicago, IL 60647' into your GPS. From the north or south, you can take the I-90/I-94 interchange towards Chicago. If coming from the west, take I-290 East to I-90/I-94 North. Exit at 'Western Ave' and turn north, then turn right onto 'North Ave'. Continue until you reach 'Ridgeway Ave' and turn left. The entrance to The 606 will be on your left. There is street parking available, but be mindful of any parking restrictions or fees in the area.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train. Board the train towards 'O'Hare' and get off at the 'Western' station. From there, you can transfer to a bus. Board the #49 bus heading west on 'North Ave' and get off at 'Ridgeway Ave'. Walk north on 'Ridgeway Ave' for about 5 minutes, and you will reach The 606. Make sure to purchase a Ventra card for $5 at any vending machine or online, which covers your train and bus fares.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a Divvy bike from one of the nearby bike stations. Head towards The 606, which has dedicated bike paths. Make sure to follow the bike lanes for safety. You can return the bike at any Divvy station near The 606 once you arrive. Rental costs $3.50 for a single ride, with additional fees for usage beyond 30 minutes.
