Public Transit - Train
From Berwyn station, take the Metra train on the BNSF Railway line towards Chicago Union Station. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Union Station in downtown Chicago. Once you exit the train, walk northeast towards Canal Street, then head east on Adams Street until you reach the intersection with Wacker Drive. Turn left onto N Wacker Drive and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Lyric Opera of Chicago will be on your left at 20 N Wacker Dr.

Public Transit - Bus
From the nearest bus stop in Berwyn, take the Pace Bus Route 307 towards the CTA Pink Line Kedzie station. Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the Kedzie station. Transfer to the Pink Line train towards 18th. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Damen station and transfer to the Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Ride for 5 stops until you reach the UIC-Halsted station. From there, transfer to the CTA bus #60 towards the Loop and ride for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Washington/Wells stop. Walk east on Washington Street and turn left on N Wacker Drive. The Lyric Opera of Chicago will be on your right at 20 N Wacker Dr.

If you are close enough to Berwyn's downtown area, you can enjoy a scenic walk towards the destination. Start at the Berwyn Metra station and head northeast along the main streets until you reach Ogden Avenue. Turn left onto Ogden Avenue and continue walking. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto W 22nd Street, which will lead you towards the Chicago city limits. Follow the signs toward downtown Chicago until you reach Wacker Drive. Turn right and continue walking straight for about another mile until you reach the Lyric Opera of Chicago at 20 N Wacker Dr.
