From the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site visitor center, head south on IL-3 S for about 1.2 miles. Take the exit for IL-157 N toward East St. Louis. Continue on IL-157 N for approximately 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Elm St. The Cahokia Courthouse will be on your left at 107 Elm St. There is free parking available on the street.
