To reach Turkey Ridge Campground from Goreville, head south on Illinois Route 37 for approximately one mile. Turn left onto Ferne Clyffe Road and follow the signs to the campground. Parking is available at the Turkey Ridge parking lot. From the parking lot, it's a short walk to the campsites. There are no fees for parking.

From the Deer Ridge Campground, follow the Waterfall Trail. Then connect to the Big Rocky Hollow Trail. From there, continue to follow signs for Turkey Ridge Campground. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles.
